Writto uses artificial intelligence to support content research, planning, creation, optimization, analysis, and other marketing workflows.

AI Features are designed to assist you and improve productivity. They do not replace your professional judgment, editorial review, fact-checking, or decision-making.

Writto may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue AI Features from time to time. Certain AI Features may also be subject to usage limits, credit limits, subscription restrictions, or other applicable conditions.

You may provide text, instructions, prompts, files, data, or other materials to Writto’s AI Features (“Input”).

You are responsible for your Input and represent that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to submit it to Writto.

You must not submit information that you are prohibited from sharing or processing through an AI service. Your use of Input must comply with the Writto Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

Writto may generate text, suggestions, summaries, ideas, analysis, recommendations, or other materials based on your Input (“Output”).

AI-generated Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. Output may also be similar or substantially similar to content generated for other users.

You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating Output before publishing, distributing, relying upon, or otherwise using it.

Writto does not guarantee that Output will be accurate, original, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

You should independently review and verify AI-generated Output before using it, particularly where the content contains factual claims, statistics, citations, quotations, or other information that could materially affect your business or audience.

You should not rely on Writto’s AI Features as a substitute for legal, financial, medical, tax, regulatory, or other professional advice.

You are solely responsible for the final content you publish or use, including its accuracy, legality, suitability, and compliance with applicable requirements.

As between you and Writto, you retain your rights in your Input, subject to the rights and licences granted to Writto under the Terms of Service and other applicable agreements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Writto does not claim ownership of Output generated for you. Where Writto has any rights in such Output that may legally be assigned, Writto assigns those rights to you.

However, AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright or other intellectual property protection in every jurisdiction. Output may also not be unique or exclusively available to you.

You are responsible for determining whether your use of Output complies with applicable intellectual property laws and third-party rights.

You may use Writto’s AI Features only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Writto Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

You must not use AI Features to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or otherwise prohibited activities, or to infringe the rights of others.

You must also not attempt to circumvent technical safeguards, misuse the AI Features, extract or reverse engineer underlying AI systems, or use the AI Features in a manner prohibited by applicable Writto policies.

Writto may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where it reasonably believes that AI Features are being misused or used in violation of applicable policies or law.

Some Writto AI Features may rely on third-party AI models, APIs, infrastructure, or technology providers.

Your Input and related information may be processed by these providers as necessary to deliver the requested AI Features. Such processing is subject to applicable contractual requirements and the Writto Privacy Policy.

Third-party services may also have their own terms, limitations, or policies that apply to their technology.

Writto may process Inputs, Outputs, usage information, and related technical information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve its Services, as permitted by applicable agreements and law.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are governed by the Writto Privacy Policy.

If a particular Writto plan or separate agreement provides specific data-handling terms, those terms will apply to the extent stated in that agreement.

AI Features rely on automated systems and third-party technologies and may occasionally produce errors, unexpected results, delays, or interruptions.

Writto does not guarantee that:

• AI Features will always be available or uninterrupted;
• AI-generated Output will always be accurate or complete;
• Output will meet your specific requirements; or
• any particular AI Feature will remain available or unchanged.

Writto may apply reasonable usage limits to maintain the security, performance, reliability, and availability of its Services.

Writto may update this AI Policy from time to time to reflect changes to its Services, AI technologies, legal requirements, or business practices.

The updated version will be published on the Writto Legal Information Page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the AI Features after the effective date of the updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
